Wings and fuselage will be glued together during final assembly and cannot be disassembled therafter. The connecting surfaces must be absolutely precise and therefore the installation of these parts offer no compromise.
For that purpose I built a massive jig and had the shapes milled on a 5-axis mill. Positioned into the center fuselage structure it served as template for the installation of the wing attachment ribs (previously fabricated in this jig).

Removal of the jiig out of the fuselage structure therafter required cutting it up in single pieces. 😳
