The inside of the nose gear doors is starting to take shape. All three doors are still connected, and they'll only be separated into three segments at the very end. The foam cores have been glued in, the thickened areas for the fittings laminated, and the top side sealed.
All steel sheet metal fittings have been welded, and the aluminum fittings have been machined, with some already screwed into place.
The side rails made of aluminum have also been screwed into position. To protect against corrosion, a layer of fiberglass has been placed in between.
