The vertical stabiliser and rudder are both complete and ready for the paint job.
Building and installing the covers for the rudder gap were a challenge. Cutting the scarf onto the 2mm Resocell plates by hand didn’t work out right. So I built a apparatus from a belt sander which finally turned out perfect scarfs.  Attaching the plates to the fin required some more creativity to make for a constant gap of 1mm over the full legth.
