According the original blueprints the control wires are all spliced. With the given narrow spacing between the wires this leads to the wires contacting each other. Which is unacceptable. The solution to the problem is the installation of custom made control wires with pressed stud end fittings.
With the help of a laser beam the holes came all nicely lined up.
It’s the little details that make the difference.
The control wires are made of stainles steel and therefore require tin covered press sleeves (not zink).
